Putting final touches on my webinar outline for next weeks FREE training (see link in bio) ✨ You guys! It is SO good. Not going to lie, I got a little emotional putting myself back to where I was the day that I truly “cracked” and drew a line in the sand and said “I am done for good. —— This is ending” I changed my words from “I will quit” to “I AM quitting.” I created a different thought loop, started taking action, left other people’s opinions at the door and only cared about my own and started taking full responsibility for where I was in my life instead of placing power in the hands of external forces. —— I reclaimed my power and freedom that day in May 2011, when I lost my sh*t, sitting in the dark, eating sinner by myself after working the previous 13/14 days, 10-12 hours a day. —— Change can be hard but it doesn’t have to be difficult. It is the drama we create around our decisions that can cause us to be stuck, complacent, paralyzed or worse, content. Own the day, Own your thoughts, Own your life 👊🏻

What does accountability look like to you? Not to other people but to you. Do you follow through on your commitments to other people but not yourself? What space do you hold for you? Accountability and discipline come from within and are not external forces. Change and raise your standards for yourself. You owe it to yourself and to your life 💕
Tonight’s Her Way Society coaching call was 👌🏻 we all set one actionable goal to complete by Monday to help us move towards our goals. I’m so impressed and amazed by these women: full-time jobs, kiddos, an offer from their current employer to bring her business under his because she’s crushing it (don’t worry, she said no 😉), going to school...all while chasing their dreams of becoming a full-time entrepreneur 💕 absolutely incredible. Oh and how perfect is this space 👆🏻
Stay focused on where you want to go not where you think you’re life is leading you (that is of course unless it is where you want to go) because energy flow where focus goes and results will show 💕
